Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service at a flat rate of $10.00 with free shipping on all orders totaling $75+ before application of sales tax. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A.

If for some reason you need to return an item, please know that all returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please note that FINAL SALE items, shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

To make a return or exchange, simply pack and seal the return merchandise with the original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. Pretty Haute Online Boutique, LLC will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.
Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, your credit will process to the same payment method that was used originally within five business days. Pretty Haute Online Boutique, LLC reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.
